Orders and Payment

Payment may be made by:

First time orders
The address has to be able to be verified as the card holder’s address or a work address associated with the card. To avoid delays, make sure that the billing address and name exactly match your card billing address and name. Correct contact details (email and phone) let us get in touch quickly so we can address any issues and get your order out quickly.

Alternate shipping addresses
When you add a different shipping address, we will once again need you to fill in your credit card information.

All orders insured
Your order is insured against theft and damage in transit from Skintrium to your address. Once the items are delivered and signed for, they are no longer insured. If your box is damaged on arrival, either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing that you are accepting a damaged box.

Signature standard
We ship signature required unless you waive it during checkout for US orders. All international orders require a signature.

Orders cannot be changed or redirected
Once an order is complete, you will not be able to add to it. We are also unable to change the address for delivery once an order is issued.

One order, one address
We can only ship an order to one address. To mail to several addresses, please create several different orders.

No forwarding addresses
We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, including Aramex addresses.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to processing. Any order cancelled will be subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
